摘要
随着中国社会医疗保障体制改革和药品分类管理制度的深入,公众开始密切关注药品合理使用问题。药学专业人员如何运用所学的专业知识,有效地预防药源性疾病、合理利用医药资源日益受到重视。为更好地适应社会需求,提高药学服务就业方向的药学专业学生药学服务能力是药学教育的重点。我校药学专业开展"三结合,三依托,三延伸"的培养方式,培养"知法规、懂医学、会用药"的药学服务应用型人才。
With the deepening of the reform of the social medical security system and the drug classification management system,the public began to pay close attention to the rational use of drugs.How to use the professional knowledge of pharmacy professionals to effectively prevent drug-borne diseases and make rational use of medical resources has been paid more and more attention.In order to better adapt to the needs of society,it is the key point of pharmacy education to improve the pharmaceutical service ability of pharmaceutical students in the direction of pharmaceutical service employment.The pharmacy specialty of our school carries out the training method of "three combinations,three supports,and three extensions" to cultivate pharmaceutical service application talents who are "aware of laws and regulations, understand medicine,and use drugs." Based on the reality of our school,this paper expounds how to improve the pharmacy service ability of pharmaceutical students.
