摘要
以南京中医药大学中药学专业为例,分析就业需求与人才培养的关系。发现两者关系总体协调,当前的人才培养方案能满足学生在药品生产、研发和医院等专业岗位的工作需求。但是相比医药销售作为主要就业去向而言,人才培养方案中销售类课程比重明显偏低,两者存在一定偏差。针对该偏差,提出适度以就业为导向的人才培养建议。
The relationship between employment demands and talent training was analyzed taking the specialty of Chinese pharmacy in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an example in the paper.The present talent train ing plan can meet the job demands of students in professional positions of drug production and development and hospital.But to the employment trend of pharmaceutical sales,the ratio of sales-like courses is lower.The authors gave some suggestions on employment-oriented talent taining.
