摘要
目的:分析前瞻性护理对ICU有意识患者存在的不良情绪和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择2018年3至12月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院ICU意识清醒患者36例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组18例。对照组主要是给予常规护理,观察组不仅提供常规护理,并且给予前瞻性护理。结果:观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)显着低于对照组,数据(P<0.05)显示出,差异有统计学意义。结论:ICU意识清醒患者通过前瞻性护理,能够有效地调节患者的不良情绪,提高睡眠质量,具有应用价值。
Objective:Analysis of prospective nursing in ICU patients with conscious feelings and the impact of sleep quality.Methods:Choose 3 to 12,2018 ICU patients with conscious,36 cases were randomly divided into control group and research group,18 cases in each group.Control group was mainly given routine care,the team not only to provide routine care,and giving prospective nursing.Results:Group at the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores and group of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),significantly lower than control group(P<0.05)showed that the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:ICU patients with conscious by prospective nursing,can effectively adjust the bad mood of patients,improve sleep quality and has application value.
