摘要
目的观察系统功能训练对预防全髋关节置换术(THA)围手术期下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的效果。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月在我院接受THA的150例老年患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机分配的方式将其分为A组和B组,各75例。A组采用围手术期系统功能训练,B组采用常规训练。比较两组的训练效果。结果训练14、28 d后,A组DVT总发生率均低于B组(P<0.05)。训练14、28 d后,两组VAS评分均降低,且A组低于B组(P<0.05)。A组住院时间短于B组(P<0.05)。结论系统功能训练对预防THA围手术期DVT的形成效果显著,可缓解患者的疼痛,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of systemic functional training on prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after total hip arthroplast(THA) during perioperative period. Methods A total of 150 elderly patients who received THA in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into group A and group B by computer random allocation, with 75 cases in each group. The group A received systemic functional training during perioperative period and the group B received routine training. The training effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 14 and 28 days of training, the total incidence of DVT in the group A was lower than that in the group B(P <0.05). After 14 and 28 days of training, the VAS scores of the two groups decreased, and that in the group A was lower than the group B(P <0.05). The hospitalization time in the group A was shorter than the group B(P <0.05).Conclusion Systematic functional training has a significant effect on preventing formation of DVT after THA during perioperative period. It can relieve the pain of patients and shorten the length of hospitalization time, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
