摘要
某石化公司2#催化裂化装置多台水冷器在运行过程中多次出现管程穿孔和泄漏情况,为了延长水冷器使用寿命及装置运行周期,停车期间对其中39台水冷器进行现场检查发现水冷器腐蚀严重,通过垢样分析并结合该装置水冷器所处环境及循环水水质分析腐蚀原因,水冷器水侧以溶解氧腐蚀为主、垢下腐蚀为辅,另外E207/1、2、3、4和E309/1、2工艺侧还存在HCl-H2S-H2O腐蚀。根据腐蚀原因提出了下一个周期应该从调整工艺防腐措施、做好在线监测、适当提高水冷器管程流速、优化水处理药剂投加方式等几个方面采取防护措施,进一步提升设备的管理水平,保障装置安全运行。
Several water coolers in FCCU in a petrochemical complex perforated and leaked many time during operation. In order to extend the service life of water coolers and the operation cycle of FCCU and reduce costs, field investigation and scale analysis of 39 water coolers were carried out during the turnaround. Multiple water coolers were found to be seriously corroded. This article analyzes causes of the corrosion problem with considering the circumstance of the water cooler and water quality of cooling water circulation. Results show that the dissolved oxygen and the deposits are the primary factors responsible for the corrosion by the water on water coolers. E207/1, 2, 3, 4 and E309/1, 2 also suffer from combined corrosion by HCl-H2S-H2O in processes. Aiming at the causes, it is suggested that protective measures should be taken from several aspects, such as adjusting process anti-corrosion, online monitoring, properly increasing the pipe velocity of water cooler, and optimizing the way of feeding water treatment agents, so as to further improve the equipment management and ensure the safe operation of FCCU.
