摘要
为了提高土地利用的低碳化水平,保障低碳经济和积碳减排效益,分析土地利用与碳循环之间的关系,以低碳化为目标对土地利用结构优化配置有着重要意义。本文以甘肃省正宁县为例,运用线性规划的方法建立最大化碳储量和最小化碳排放目标函数,构建土地利用结构优化模型,研究土地利用结构优化问题。结果显示:最小化碳排放优化方案优于最大化碳储量方案,最小化碳排放方案到2020年,正宁县碳储量达到786.36万t,碳排放则压减到48.91万t,净增量为737.45万t,较现状相比碳积储量净增12.19万t。研究表明:低碳优化确定的土地利用结构可以有效增加区域碳积储量,低碳优化方法是开展土地利用结构优化的有效方法,为土地利用结构优化提供了新的思路和方法。
In order to improve the low-carbon level of land use, to protect the low-carbon economy and carbon reduction efficiency, to analyze the relationship between land use and carbon cycle, low-carbon as the starting point for research, the structure of land use optimization is of great significance. In this paper, based on the carbon density and carbon emission coefficient of Zhengning county in Gansu province, this paper uses the linear programming method to establish the objective function of maximizing carbon storage and minimizing carbon emission, constructs the land use structure optimization model, studies the land use structure optimization. The results show that: minimization of carbon emissions optimization program is better than the maximum carbon storage program, to minimize carbon emissions program by 2020, Zhengning county carbon stocks reached 7.8636 million tons, carbon emissions are reduced to 48.91 million tons, the net increase of 737.45 million tons, compared with the status quo, carbon reserves increased by 12.19 million tons. The results show that the low-carbon optimized land use structure can effectively increase the regional carbon storage capacity, and the low-carbon optimization method is the most effective method to optimize the land use structure, which provides a new idea and method for the optimization of land use structure.
