摘要
土地利用结构优化是编制土地总体规划的基础和核心。以吉林省西部为例,在RS和GIS的支持下,结合野外调查及社会经济统计年鉴数据,基于经济-生态双重目标,运用灰色线性规划模型,对2010年吉林西部土地利用结构进行优化研究。结果表明:到2020年耕地、林地和建设用地将分别增加4.50%、0.07%和1.14%,未利用土地、水域和草地将分别减少5.68%、0.01%和0.02%。预计这种优化结果不仅能满足2020年经济发展需求,而且能维护生态脆弱地区的生态平衡,保障土地生态系统的良性循环,可实现土地资源的可持续利用。
Optimizing the structure of the land using is the core and foundation of the compilation of overall land planning. Taking the west of Jilin Province as an example and supported by RS and GIS, this paper applies grey linear programming model and studies the optimization of land use structure in the west of Jilin Province in 2010 based on the dual goals of economy and ecology, with the data of field survey and socio-economic statistical yearbook as the data source. The results show that by 2020 the cultivated land, woodland and construction land will be increased respectively by 4.50%, 0.07% and 1. 14%, and unused land, water area and grassland will decrease by 5.68%, 0.01% and 0.02%. The result of the optimization will not only meet the needs of economic development, but also maintain the ecological balance of the ecologically fragile areas, thus securing the virtuous circle of land ecosystem and realizing the sustainable utilization of land resources.
