摘要
东阳虽为我国主要红木家具集聚区之一,但红木家具产业存在着原料来源匮乏、差异化战略缺失、专业人才短缺等一系列问题。在分析问题基础上,从政府加强政策引导和产业规划、目标消费受众设定、人体工程学应用、产学研合作“、因品选材”与“因品施艺”、品牌内涵建设、科学管理、推行低碳制造等方面,提出适合产业转型升级的对策。
Although the Dongyang mahogany furniture industry is one of the main mahogany furniture gathering areas in China, there are a series of problems such as lack of raw materials, lack of differentiation strategies, and shortage of professionals. On the basis of analyzing the problems, this paper proposes some countermeasures suitable for industrial transformation and upgrading from the following aspects: the government's policy guidance and industrial planning, setting target consumer audiences, ergonomics application, industry-university-research cooperation,"material selection" and "product-based art", brand connotation construction, scientific management, low-carbon manufacturing and so on.
