摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预在呼吸内科重症患者护理中的效果。方法:收治呼吸内科重症患者124例,随机分为两组各62例,观察组采取综合护理干预,对照组采取常规护理,比较两组临床疗效、血气变化、不良情绪评分和满意度。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后二氧化碳分压和动脉血氧分压改善效果好于对照组,观察组护理后SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,观察组满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可提高呼吸内科重症患者的疗效,改善血气和不良情绪,提高满意度。
Objective:to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of severe patients in respiratory medicine department.Methods:124 cases of severe patients in respiratory medicine department were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 62 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group was given routine nursing.The clinical efficacy,blood gas changes,bad mood scores and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of partial pressure of carbon dioxide and partial pressure of arterial oxygen in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The SAS and SDS scores of observation group after nursing were lower than control group,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:comprehensive nursing intervention promotes the efficacy of patients with severe respiratory diseases,improves blood gas and bad mood,and improves satisfaction.
