摘要
目的:探讨颌面部电锯外伤患者的一期急诊美容修复效果。方法:回顾性分析27例颌面部电锯伤患者,一期急诊行整形美容修复,全程预防瘢痕形成,行干预治疗。结果:术后随访4~12个月,1例术后2周出现腮腺瘘,1例患者出现凹陷性瘢痕,经干预治疗所有患者术后效果满意,无需二期手术修复。结论:颌面部电锯伤患者尽管创面污染严重、创缘碾挫不齐,经仔细清创、一期美容修复后,面部结构精细复位,效果满意。
Objective To investigate the emergency treatment and one period aesthetics repair effects in patients with maxillofacial injured by electric saw. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the 27 maxillofacial trauma patients injured by electric saw and give them the emergency treatment and one period aesthetics repair. All patients were using intervention treatment to revent scar formation throughout the healing process. Results Though postoperative 4-12 months follow-up,one patient emerged parotid duct fistula and another one was depressed scar. After effective and intervention treatment, postoperative results are satisfactory and avoiding the second operation. Conclusion Electric saw maxillofacial trauma wound is seriously contamination and have irregular edge.But after primary debridement and one period aesthetics repair,facial structure can be subtle restoration with excellent result.
