摘要
目的了解台州市玉环市流动人口艾滋病相关认知和危险行为的现状,为开展有效的艾滋病健康教育和干预提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,2018 年6—8 月对台州市玉环市流动人口开展人口学特征、行为学特征和艾滋病相关认知等方面的调查。结果共招募403 人。未发现HIV 抗体、梅毒阳性者;发现1 例HCV 阳性者,检出率为0.2%。最近一年暗娼占3.3%,临时性伴发生过性行为占1.9%,且42.9%从未使用安全套。艾滋病知识知晓率为62.3%。多因素logistic 回归分析显示,高中及以上文化程度者艾滋病知识知晓率高。结论台州市玉环市流动人口艾滋病知识知晓率较低,存在一定比例的暗娼和临时性行为等高危行为,应加大宣传教育力度。已婚或同居者在艾滋病知识应用上存在欠缺,使用安全套意识不强,应开展行为干预活动,实现“知信行”的统一,以有效地防治艾滋病的流行。
OBJECTIVE To investigate AIDS related knowledge and risk behaviors among migrant population in Yuhuan,Taizhou,and to provide evidence for conducting effective health education and intervention on AIDS among migrant population. METHODS The demographic characteristics,behavioral characteristics and AIDS related knowledge of the migrant population in Yuhuan,Taizhou were investigated by the method of questionnaire survey from June to August 2018. RESULTS A total of 403 persons were recruited. No positive HIV antibody or syphilis was found. 1 HCV positive case was found and the detection rate was 0.2%. In the past year,3.3%(6/184)of the male migrants had sex with female sex workers(demimondaines)and 1.9%(7/367)of the migrants had sex with casual sexual partners. 42.9% of the migrants who had sex with casual sexual partners never used condom. The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 62.3%. In multivariate logistic regression,the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge of the migrants who had education level of high school and above was higher. CONCLUSION The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among migrant population in Yuhuan,Taizhou was low. There was a certain proportion of risk behaviors such as going whoring and casual sex. It was necessary to carry out targeted health education activities on AIDS related knowledge. They were not well aware of condom use. Behavior intervention activities should be carried out to achieve the unity of “knowledge,belief and practice” in order to effectively prevent and control the epidemic of AIDS.
