摘要
随着乡村土地经营权流转的盛行,乡村农业经营由自给自足转向集约高效,诱发乡村内部的生产、生活和生态空间发生转变。以合肥市凤桥社区为研究区,通过查阅相关资料和实地访谈获取数据,从生产、生活和生态3个方面剖析土地流转推动乡村空间转型的实现路径及效益。结果表明:凤桥社区采取“政府组织+企业领头+农户参与”方式实现土地流转,耕地的经营权逐渐集中;偏远散户迁入规划的乡村社区,乡村生活风貌更加聚居化;美好乡村建设,乡村生态空间得到保护;凤桥社区生态农业产业园的开发,推动乡村旅游业及其他产业发展,为当地农民提供更多的就业保障,带动农民脱贫致富。研究旨在探寻凤桥社区土地流转引发的乡村空间转型及效应,为其他乡村的建设提供一定的借鉴。
With the prevalence of rural land transfer,rural agricultural management has shifted from self-sufficiency to intensive and efficient,which induces the transformation of production,living and ecological space within the countryside. This paper takes Fengqiao Community of Hefei City as the research area,obtains data by referring to relevant materials and field interviews,and analyzes the realization path and benefits of land transfer to promote rural spatial transformation from three aspects of production,life and ecology. The results show that: Fengqiao Community adopts the mode of “government organization + enterprise leadership + peasant household participation” to realize land circulation and gradually centralize the right of farmland management. Remote retail investors move into planned rural communities,rural life style is more concentrated;beautiful rural construction,rural ecological space is protected;the development of Fengqiao Community ecological agriculture industrial park promotes the development of rural tourism and other industries,provides more employment security for local farmers,and drives them to get rid of poverty. The purpose of this study is to explore the transformation and effect of rural space caused by land transfer in Fengqiao Community and provide some reference for the construction of other villages.
