摘要
目的:探讨优质护理在前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将168例前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各84例,对照组实施常规围术期护理,观察组在此基础上实施优质护理,比较两组效果。结果:观察组术后舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后前列腺功能指标优于护理前(P<0.05),观察组护理后前列腺功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、睡眠质量评分低于护理前(P<0.05),观察组护理后SAS、SDS、睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后生活质量评分高于护理前(P<0.05),观察组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可促进前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术患者术后恢复,缓解不良情绪,减少术后并发症,改善睡眠质量和生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of high-quality nursing in patients with prostate hyperplasia undergoing transurethral resection of prostate.Methods:A total of 168 patients with prostate hyperplasia undergoing transurethral resection of prostate were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 84 patients in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing on this basis of routine perioperative nursing.The nursing effects were compared.Results:The postoperative comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the postoperative recovery time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of prostate function in the two groups were better than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the indexes of prostate function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and sleep quality score of the two groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05).The scores of SAS,SDS and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of life quality after nursing in the two groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores of life quality after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing can promote the postoperative recovery of patients with prostate hyperplasia who underwent transurethral resection of prostate,relieve bad emotions,reduce postoperative complications,improve the quality of sleep and life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
