摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在尿道紧缩重建术加外阴整形术成年女性尿道上裂患者中的护理效果。方法将80例行尿道紧缩重建术加外阴整形术的成年女性尿道上裂患者随机分为对照组和实验组,2组患者入院后均按照围手术期护理常规进行护理,实验组在此基础上予以综合性护理干预措施。结果两组患者的术后并发症如尿道狭窄、尿瘘的发生率、护理满意度调查、出院3月后的生活质量比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论对于行尿道紧缩重建术加外阴整形术成年女性尿道上裂患者,综合护理干预可以减少并发症的发生,提升护理满意度,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in urethral contraction reconstruction plus vulva anaplasty in adult female epispadias patients. Methods Eighty cases of adult female epispadias patients who received urethra urethral contraction reconstruction plus vulva plastic surgery were randomly divided into experimental and control group. Both groups were given peri-operation routine care, and the experimental group was also given comprehensive nursing intervention. Results Postoperative complication such as urethral stricture, urinary fistula incidence, nursing satisfaction survey, and quality of life at 3 months after discharge were compared between two groups, and the difference was significant. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for urethral contraction reconstruction plus vulva anaplasty in adult female epispadias patients can reduce complications, increase nursing satisfaction, and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
