苦参素对高脂血症大鼠肝脏的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨苦参素对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂、血凝的影响及对肝脏的保护作用。方法高脂饲料喂养大鼠建立混合型高脂血症动物模型,设空白对照组、模型对照组,苦参素组(800mg·kg^-1),每组8只,空白对照组、模型对照组均同时给予同体积的灭菌纯化水,连续灌胃3周后,检测血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量并计算动脉粥样硬化指数(AI1、AI2)及冠心指数(R-CHR);测定血浆凝血四项:活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB),并对肝脏进行组织学观察。结果与模型对照组相比,苦参素均可使大鼠ALT、AST、TG、LDL-C、FIB的含量及AI1、AI2、R-CHR明显降低,显著提高HDL-C含量,延长TT,并使肝组织的空泡样病变得到明显的改善。结论苦参素可降低高脂血症大鼠的血脂水平,改善血凝系统,并对肝脏有一定的保护作用。 OBJECTIVE Study on the effect of oxymatrine on lipid,coagulati on regulation and hepatoprotective activity in hyperlipidemia rats.METHODS The rats models with mixed hyperlipidemia were established by feeding high-fat diet.Control group,model group and oxymatrine group(800mg·kg^-1)were set up,each group had 8 rats,the control group and model group were given equal volume of sterile purified water,the treatment group administered oxymatrine for 3 weeks,changes of ALT,AST,blood lipid(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),blood coagulation(APTT、PT、TT、FIB)and liver pathology were observed,including the calculated atherosclerosis index(AI 1,AI 2)and R-CHR indexes.RESULTS Compared with model group,in oxymatrine group,the level of ALT,AST,TG,LDL-C,FIB and AI 1,AI 2,R-CHR indexes were significantly decreased,the level of HDL-C was increased and TT was prolonged remarkably,and also inhibited the fatty pathological change of liver.CONCLUSIONOxymatrine could decrease blood lipid,improve the function of coagulation system,inhibit the cytoplasm vacuolization of fatty liver in hyperlipidemia rats.
