小电流信号的高精度采集方法

摘要 针对大功率回路中小电流信号采集精度不高的问题,提出了一种就近采集并转为数字量的方法。其中关键技术是对小电流信号就近采集,并转换为抗干扰的PWM信号进行远距离传输。文中对电流的采集方法、信号转换及抗干扰传输进行了研究。系统对小电流信号就近采集,将采集的数字量转换为占空比和电流成正比的PWM信号,并通过源端串联端接和并联电容的方法减小PWM信号的振铃噪声,从而实现对小电流信号的高精度采集。经实验验证,该采集方法在机载复杂电磁环境中能够保证信号的高精度采集。 Aiming at the low accuracy of small current signal acquisiton in high power circuit,a method of near acquisition and conversion to digital signal is proposed.The key technology is the long-distance transmission of small current signal which is collected nearby and converted into anti-jamming PWM signal.In this paper,the current acquisition method,signal conversion and anti-jamming transmission are studied.This system collects the small current signal nearby,converts the collected digital signal into the PWM signal whose duty ratio is proportional to the current,and reduces the ringing noise of the PWM signal by means of series connection and parallel capacitance at the source end,thus realizing the high precision acquisition of the small current signal.Experiments show that this method can ensure high-precision signal acquisition in airborne complex electromagnetic environment.
