摘要
为研究高压开关柜中真空断路器的电特性,需要不失真地在线测量其开断电流。文中基于非接触式高压电流测量方法,提出一种采用直线型空心线圈的电子式电流互感器实现对该电流测量。在对其结构和误差特性进行分析的基础上,研制出样机,测试结果表明,该传感单元在水平方向±5mm的安装误差范围内,测量比差在-1.05%以内;在偏转角度小于±5°的安装误差范围内,测量比差在-1.29%以内。该系统已投入现场实际运行。
Measuring heavy fault current un-distortedly is essentially important in the research on the electric characteristic of vacuum circuit breakers in high-voltage switchgear. Based on non-contacting method for current measurement in high voltage environment, this paper proposes an electronic current transformer using the straight-part coil as the sensing part near high voltage conductor to measure fault current. Prototype has been made based on the analysis on structure and error characteristic. Test results show that the sensing part has a ratio error of less than -1.05% within ±5mm flat error and -1.29% within ±5° rotated error during installation. The approach is validated with the results of long-term field operation.
