摘要
分析铰链间隙对机构运动特性的影响有着重要意义。通过对一种投放机构模型进行分析,将其简化为一个四连杆机构,建立投放机构的非线性弹簧阻尼模型,同时采用库仑摩擦描述机构间隙处的摩擦作用,并将建立好的模型导入到Adams仿真分析软件中,进行动力学特性分析。结果表明:利用Adams软件可以有效地建立含铰链间隙的投放机构动力学模型,分析间隙对机构在开启过程的影响,仿真结果能够预测铰链间隙对机构运动特性的影响,为机构的设计和优化提供依据,并有利于在工程方面的应用。
To study the influence of the mechanism with clearance,a kind of projection mechanism is analyzed and simplified into a kind of four-bar mechanism,nonlinear spring-damp model is established.Then the model considering joint clearance is incorporated into ADAMS and the dynamic simulation is carried out.The simulation results show that the dynamic model can be built by using ADAMS and the effects of clearance can be analysed.It can be the basis of mechanism and optimization.
