摘要
为解决某型自动装弹机装填时经常出现的卡壳问题,建立了推弹入膛部分的实体模型,并运用多刚体动力学理论和第一类拉格朗日方程,建立了该坦克炮推弹过程的动力学模型,借助多体动力学分析软件ADAMS,对推弹过程进行了动力学计算。对可能引发故障的因素进行了仿真试验研究,分析出了引发故障的原因,并计算了故障产生的边界条件。为该机构改进设计,提高可靠性提供了理论依据。
In order to solve cartridge jamming problems of a type of tank autoloader, solid model of pushing cartridge into chamber is established. By means of multiple rigid body dynamic theory and 1st type of Lagrangian equation, dynamic model for pushing cartridge procedure of tank gun is set up. By use of analysis software ADAMS of multi-body dynamics, dynamic calculation for pushing cartridge is performed. Simulation test and study for factors that are possible to cause faults are performed, reasons that cause faults are found out, and boundary conditions generated by faults are calculated. The method provides theory basis for improving mechanism design and reliability.
