粘贴式负压引流治疗颈部广泛性坏死性筋膜炎1例报告 被引量：4

摘要 1病例资料患者,男,51岁。因“颈部疼痛、肿胀10d”入院。入院前10d,患者于颈部发现一小疖肿,局部红肿疼痛,自行挤压后出现颈部及枕后弥漫性肿胀,于外院行抗炎治疗3d后效果欠佳。2016年10月4日急诊入我院。入院体格检查:神志清楚,呼吸平稳,体温37.1℃,心率78/min,血压110/70mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。
