情景模拟教学法在临床护理教学中的应用价值体会 被引量:20

The Application Value Experience of Scenario Simulation Teaching Method in Clinical Nursing Teaching

摘要 目的分析情景模拟教学法在临床护理教学中的应用价值。方法随机选取2014级孝感市护士学校临床护理系的两个班级共130名学生作为研究对象,其中一个班级作为对照组,应用常规教学法进行临床护理教学,共有学生60名,另一个班级作为实验组应用情景模拟教学法进行临床护理教学,共有学生70名,比较两组班级的教学效果。结果实验组学生理论成绩得分为(90.5±2.3)分,实践操作得分为(87.4±3.6)分,其数据与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组中认为情景模拟教学法有利于提升学习兴趣的学生占比84.29%(59/70),认为情景模拟教学法有利于提升实践能力的学生占比87.14%(61/70),认为情景模拟教学有利于提升应急处理能力的学生占比90.00%(63/70),均处于较高水平。结论在临床护理教学中应用情景模拟教学法可以有效提高学生的理论和实践水平,并提升其学习兴趣。 Objective To analyze the application value of scenario simulation teaching method in clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 130 students from two classes in the clinical nursing department of the Xiaogan Nurse School in 2014 level were randomly selected as subjects.One of the classes served as the control group,and the general teaching method was given clinical nursing teaching,there were 60 students in total.The other class as the experimental group was given the situational simulation teaching method to carry out clinical nursing teaching,there were 70 students in total.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical score of the experimental group students was(90.5±2.3)points and the practical operation score was(87.4±3.6)points.Compared with the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the proportion of students who considered the scenario simulation teaching method was conducive to enhancing learning interest was 84.29%(59/70),the proportion of students who considered the scenario simulation teaching method was conducive to improving their practical ability was 87.14%(61/70),and the proportion of students who considered the scenario simulation teaching method was conducive to improving emergency response capability was 90.00%(63/70),both at a high level.Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching method in clinical nursing teaching can effectively improve students'theoretical and practical level,and enhance their interest in learning.
