摘要 涂胶和粘合工艺是非常重要的生产工艺。为提高涂胶和粘海棉的生产效率,以头戴式耳机支架件为例,采用机构优化设计技术,提出一种高效率涂胶和粘海棉工艺方案,设计了一种涂胶和粘海棉四单元同步运动的框架结构。通过计算确定关键尺寸,最终完成机构的设计。经试验证明,该机构相比手工涂胶和粘合工艺,效率至少提升2倍。 Gluing and pasting process is very important in the production process. In order to improve the production efficiency of the gluing and sponge pasting ,the head mounted headphone bracket is taken as an example, the mechanism optimization design technology is adopted ,a high efficient overall technology scheme is proposed in this paper, the overall structure of four-units synchronous motion is designed, the key size is determined by calculating and finally the design of the mechanism is completed. Tests have proved that the efficiency of the mechanism is improved by more than 2 times compared with the process of manual gluing and pasting
