摘要
目的探讨复方嗜酸乳杆菌片辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎抗生素相关性腹泻(AAD)的效果。方法以本院2016年9月~2018年8月收治的90例肺炎AAD患儿为研究对象,按奇偶数法随机分为A、B组,每组45例。A组给予蒙脱石散口服治疗,B组给予蒙脱石散联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、症状缓解情况和用药前后的免疫系统指标变化情况。结果 B组的用药总有效率(91.11%)高于A组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,B组患儿的止泻时间、纠正脱水时间和退烧时间均短于A组(P<0.05)。用药后,B组的CD3^+T细胞、CD4^+T细胞和CD4^+/CD8^+、IgA、IgG等免疫球蛋白水平均高于用药前及A组(P<0.05),A组用药前后的各指标和两组用药前后的CD8^+T细胞水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方嗜酸乳杆菌片辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎AAD具有较好的效果,能有效改善患儿的临床症状和免疫系统指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus Tablets treating auxiliarily antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD) in infants with pneumonia. Methods All of 90 infants with pneumonia AAD admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to August 2018 were selected as study objects and they were randomly divided into group A (n=45) and group B (n=45) according to the odd-even method (n=45). Group A was given Montmorillonite Powder,and group B was given Montmorillonite Powder combined with Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus Tablets. The clinical efficacy,symptom relief and changes of immune system indicators before and after treatment were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of group B (91.11%) was higher than that of group A (66.67%) with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The time of diarrhea,corrected dehydration time and fever time in group B were shorter than those of group A (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of CD3^+T cells,CD4^+T cells and CD4^+/CD8^+,IgA and IgG in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of CD8^+T cells before and after treatment in group A,and between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus Tablets have a good effect treating AAD in infants with pneumonia,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and immune system indicators.
