摘要
提出了一种以热轧H型钢为骨架,在热轧H型钢左右翼缘外表面使用结构胶连接落叶松木板,从而构成工字形截面的组合木-钢组合柱构件。分析了其在偏压状态下的应变及挠度变化、破坏过程及破坏形态。为优化组合柱截面设计提供依据。研究结果表明:(1)组合柱在受压过程中型钢和木板的变形基本一致,即符合平截面假设,试件整体受力性能良好;(2)该截面形式试件的破坏为失稳破坏,并没达到极限强度,且型钢与木材均未破坏。
This paper presents a new type of composite wood-steel column with I-section, which uses hot-rolled H-beam as the framework and uses structural glue to connect Larch board on the outer surface of the left and right flanges of hot-rolled H-beam. The variation of strain and deflection, failure process and failure mode under biased pressure were analyzed. It provides a basis for optimizing the section design of composite columns. The results show that :(1) the deformations of section steel and wood board are basically the same in the process of compression, that is to say,they conform to the assumption of flat section, and the overall mechanical performance of the specimen is good;(2) the failure of this section type of specimen is instability failure, and it does not reach the ultimate strength, and the section steel and wood are not destroyed.
