摘要
本文针对夏热冬冷地区建筑节能存在的一些问题,结合夏热冬冷地区的气候和经济文化现实情况,提出了建筑节能的对策,指出了建筑节能的关键在于政府主导。
This article points out coupies of wrong concepts in energy saving of buildings in the regions with hot summers and cold winters. Then, the author puts forward some advice of energy saving in buildings combining with the facts of the climate and economy in hot summer and cold winter region. Government-orientedness is the key.
