摘要
工匠精神的培育是职业教育发展的关键。从工匠精神的内涵剖析入手,阐述工匠精神与职业教育发展间的必然联系,强调将工匠精神融入职业教育办学理念、办学目标、根本任务、内涵发展、校园文化和学生发展等方面。通过对工匠精神融入职业教育发展途径的论述,明确工匠精神培育应成为职业院校的教育追求,从而提升职业院校的教育教学质量。
The cultivation of craftsman spirit is the key to the development of vocational education. Starting with the connotation analysis of craftsman spirit, this paper expounds the inevitable relationship between craftsman spirit and the development of vocational education, and emphasizes the integration of craftsman spirit into the concept of running vocational education, the goal of running a college, the fundamental task, the development of connotation, the campus culture and the development of students. Through the exposition of the way of craftsman spirit integrating into the development of vocational education, it is clear that the cultivation of craftsman spirit should become the educational pursuit of vocational colleges, so as to improve the quality of education and teaching in vocational colleges.
