摘要
中医药现代化、国际化几十年来取得了很大的进展,人们尝试从多方面对其进行现代科学阐释,但中医整体观念、辨证论治特点的体现还需要加强,在按照中医药的独到思维使其发挥更大的作用方面仍有很多工作要做,在走向世界的过程中还有许多瓶颈。挖掘中医药宝库中的精华并做好传承并在此基础上发扬光大,还有待进行更加努力的工作。有一些问题应该引起重视,比如:(1)中药复方应用的传统形式是有其独到之处的,不能都视为落后;(2)研究中医药,首先应该理解中医概念的内涵,杜绝望文生义的误解;(3)开展中医药现代化、国际化不能脱离本身的固有体系。中医药的优势和特色我们应该发扬,我们对其进行现代化研究是应该用现代元素去丰富这个体系,而不是完全置换。
Great progress has been made in the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine in the past few decades. People have tried to explain it scientifically from many aspects. However, the embodiment of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment still needs to be strengthened. There is still much work to be done to make it play a greater role in accordance with the unique thinking of traditional Chinese medicine. There are many bottlenecks in the process of going to the world. To excavate the essence of the treasure house of traditional Chinese medicine and carry it forward on the basis of good inheritance, more efforts need to be made. There are some problems that should be paid attention to, such as:(1) the traditional forms of the application of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are unique and can not be regarded as backward;(2) in the study of traditional Chinese medicine, we should first understand the connotation of the concept of traditional Chinese medicine and put an end to the misunderstanding of literary meaning;(3) the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine can not be separated from its own inherent system. We should carry forward the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. We should enrich the system with modern elements instead of completely replacing it.
