摘要 三阴性乳腺癌约占所有乳腺癌类型的15%,年轻女性患者多见。三阴性乳腺癌的侵袭性很强,组织学分级高,易早期复发及远处转移,无病生存率和总生存率较低,预后比其他类型乳腺癌差,因此寻找TNBC靶向信号通路的有效靶点,以降低TNBC的早期复发和远处转移的发生率已成为近年研究的热点。 Triple-negative breast cancer accounts for about 15%of all breast cancer types,more common in young women.Triple-negative breast cancer is highly invasive,with high histological grade,easy early recurrence and distant metastasis,low disease-free survival and overall survival,and poor prognosis compared to other types of breast cancer,so looking for TNBC targeted signaling pathway Effective targets to reduce the incidence of early recurrence and distant metastasis of TNBC have become hot spots in recent years.
