摘要
目的探究甲泼尼龙联合大环内酯类抗生素治疗小儿重症肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月至2018年4月本院收治的48例小儿重症肺炎支原体肺炎为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各24例。观察组给予甲泼尼龙联合大环内酯类抗生素进行治疗,对照组仅给予大环内酯类抗生素进行治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床症状改善情况、生活质量改善情况。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床症状消失时间明显较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿重症肺炎支原体肺炎的临床治疗中,给予甲泼尼龙联合大环内酯类抗生素进行治疗具有显著的效果,可提高临床治疗有效率,缓解临床症状,并且促进患者生活质量的改善,值得在临床中应用推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of methylprednisolone combined with macrolide antibiotics in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 48 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children in our hospital in April 2016 to April 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly,each of them was divided into 24 cases.The observation group was treated with methylprednisolone combined with macrolide antibiotics,while the control group was only treated with macrolide antibiotics.The clinical effects,improvement of clinical symptoms and improvement of quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the time of clinical symptoms disappeared in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the improvement of the quality of life in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,methylprednisolone combined with macrolide antibiotics has significant effect.It can improve the clinical treatment efficiency,alleviate the clinical symptoms,and promote the improvement of the quality of life of the patients.It is worthy of application in clinical application.
