摘要
自中央提出"要大力培育新型职业农民"战略决策以来,新型职业农民培育成效显著,但在培育对象、培育体系、培育主体等三方面仍存在一些问题。下一阶段,要着力从建立保障机制、加强农科院校教学改革、依托新型职业农民实训基地、建立农民田间学校、大力开发在线学习资源、大力开展示范培训、开展新型职业农民中等职业教育、构建"一模式四体系一机制"整体培育模式等方面进一步推进。
Since the strategic policy decision “devoting to cultivating the new-type professional peasant” was put forward in the Central Committee No. 1 document in 2012,the cultivation to the new-type professional peas. ant has achieved remarkable results, but there are still some problems existing in several aspects of cultivating ob. jects, which includes the oriented object ,the system and the main body of the cultivating. To solve the problems, this paper proposes the countermeasures for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers from several fields, which includes establishing a safeguard mechanism, strengthening teaching reform in agricultural colleges, relying on a new professional farmer training base, establishing a farmer field school, vigorously developing online learning resources, carrying out demonstration training vigorously, developing a new vocational farmer's secondary vocational education, and building an overall cultivation mode of the system-mechanism called “one model-four system-one mechanism”.
