摘要
基于RV减速器的工作原理,设计开发了能够满足不同规格RV减速器安装要求的组合式、模块化传动效率测试平台及其测控系统和软件系统,采用正交试验方法,对自主研发的RV-40E样机进行传动效率测试,对测试数据进行极差和方差分析。结果表明,对RV减速器传动效率影响程度从大到小的因素分别为输出转矩、输入转速和输出转矩的交互作用,输入转速、输出转矩为显著因素,其余为非显著因素。
Based on the working principle of RV reducer,the combined,modular transmission efficiency test platform and its measurement and control system and software system that can meet the installation requirements of RV reducer with different specifications are designed and developed. The transmission efficiency test is carried out on the RV-40 E prototype independently developed by orthogonal test method. The test data is analyzed by variance and variance. The results show that the factors affecting the transmission efficiency of the RV reducer are the interaction of output torque,input speed and output torque. Input speed,output torque is a significant factor,and the rest are non-significant factors.
