摘要
分析了2K-V型行星传动的原理和传动比计算公式,并对其传动效率进行理论分析和实例计算,针对2K-V320型减速机和RV320样机作了传动效率试验测试,对测试结果进行了对比性分析,分析结果显示自主开发的高精度2K-V320S型减速机的传动效率已接近于国际水平,实现了国家"863"计划课题对工业机器人用高精度减速机"高效率"的要求。
The principle of 2K-V type transmission and its transmission ratio formula are analyzed.The theoretically analysis and calculation of transmission efficiency are carried out.The transmission efficiency experiment for 2K-V type reducer and original RV reducer are tested.The result of testing is comparatively analyzed.The test analysis results show that the transmission efficiency of our homegrown 2K-V320S type reducer is closer to international level,the requirements of the "high efficiency "using industrial robots reducer with high precision in national "863" project is realized,a firm foundation for domestic development of heavy duty industrial robot is laid.
