摘要
湖南工学院经10多年的探索,形成了将校外参观实习、顶岗实习、与校内实习有机结合的实习模式,建立了一批校外参观实习基地、顶岗实习基地、校内实习基地,修订和完善了一系列教学管理制度,有效提高了学生的实践动手能力和综合素质,增强了学生的就业竞争力。
Based on ten years＇ exploration and practice Hunan Industry College has formed a practice mode which combines with out-campus visiting practice, on quarters practice and in-campus practice organically, established a batch of out-campus visiting practice bases, on quarters practice bases and intramural bases and for mulated a series of teaching management regulations, which promoted the students＇ practical capability and integration diathesis effectively and enhanced the students＇ employment competition capability.
