摘要
以安徽省60~69岁老年人为研究对象,运用文献资料法、测试法获得不同性别、不同年龄段老年人的体质数据,并进行对比分析,以了解老年人的体质特征与状况,为老年人身体锻炼及医疗、卫生等相关部门决策的制定提供理论依据.数据分析显示:随着年龄增长,男女老年人身体形态呈肥胖趋势,患老年病风险增加,心肺功能衰减,肌肉力量、柔韧性逐渐降低,男性老年人衰减较明显.
Taking the elderly aged 60-69 years in Anhui Province as the research object,the physical data of the elderly of different sex and age groups is obtained by using the methods of documentation and testing,and carries out comparative analysis to understand the physical characteristics and status of the elderly,and to provide a theoretical basis for the physical exercise of the elderly and the decision-making of relevant departments such as medical treatment and health.Data analysis displays that the body shape of male and female old people tends to be obese with the increase of age;the risk of geriatric disease increases;the function of heart and lung decreases;the strength and flexibility of muscle decreases gradually;the attenuation of male old people is more obvious.
