摘要
目的探究心脏瓣膜置换术后患者心理状态变化及针对性予以实施综合护理干预的临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月～2017年5月在我院接受瓣膜置换手术的352例患者,随机分为两组:对照组176例,给予常规护理;干预组176例,给予术后综合护理,评估患者心理状况及护理前后症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分改变情况以及护理满意度。结果心脏瓣膜置换术后患者多伴随焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪;经过不同方式的护理,干预组患者的躯体化症状、强迫症、人际敏感等SCL-90相关指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05);且干预组总体护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脏瓣膜置换术后患者多存在焦虑、抑郁等负性心理,对患者给予心理疏导、康复训练等术后综合护理干预,能够有效改善患者的精神心理状态,提升患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore psychological status of patients after cardiac valve replacement and the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods From May 2014 to May 2017 in our hospital,352 cases of patients undergoing valve replacement surgery were collected,and then divided into two groups :the control group with 176 cases were given routine care,and the intervention group with 176 cases were given postoperative comprehensive care. To assess the psychological status of patients,and the change of Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)scores and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing. Results Patients with cardiac valve replacement are often accompanied by negative emotions such as anxiety and depression;Through different ways of nursing intervention,symptoms of somatization,obsession,interpersonal sensitivity and SCL-90 related indexes in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);And after the nursing intervention,the total nursing satisfaction of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion After cardiac valve replacement,there were more negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of the patients,psychological counseling and rehabilitation training of postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the patient’s psychological state and total nursing satisfaction of patients,thus,it is worthy of clinical application.
