摘要
目的:观察黄芩滑石汤方治疗湿热困脾型糖尿病患者疗效。方法:选取60例糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为两组,治疗组30例,予黄芩滑石汤加减治疗;对照组30例,给予盐酸二甲双胍口服治疗,治疗8周后进行比较观察比较。结果:与对照组比较,黄芩滑石汤有明显降低空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白作用,总有效率90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.5)。结论:黄芩滑石汤具有降低空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及改善中医证候作用,并且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Huangqinhuashi Decoction on damp heat and spleen deficiency type diabetes. Methods 60 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(30 cases) was treated with Huangqinhuashi Decoction and the control group(30 cases) was treated with metformin hydrochloride orally. Results Compared with the control group, Huangqinhuashi Decoction significantly reduced fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose. The total effective rate of HbA1 c and HbA1 c was 90%, which was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Huangqinhuashi Decoction has a good effect on reducing fasting blood glucose, two hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and improving TCM syndromes, and no adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
