摘要
目的观察加味甘露饮治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将62例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例予加味甘露饮治疗。对照组30例予盐酸二甲双胍口服治疗。2组均以1个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察临床疗效及治疗前后血糖变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、2 h血糖(2 hPG)与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后均降低;治疗组治疗后FPG、2 hPG与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味甘露饮可改善胰岛素的功能,拮抗升糖激素,降低血糖,改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Manna drink on type Ⅱdiabetes.Methods 62 patients with type Ⅱdiabetes were randomly divided into two groups.32 patients in treatment group were treated by Manna drink.Patients in control group（n=30） were treated by metformin hydrochloride.The course was a month in two groups.The clinical effect and change in blood sugar were observed after two courses.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（87.5%） was higher than that in control group（66.7%,P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups on FPG and 2 hPG（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Manna drink can improve the function of insulin,rivalry glucagon,reduce blood sugar and improve clinical symptoms.
