江南小窖宣酒拥有自己独特的小窖发酵工艺,所得的小窖宣酒具有自己特有的风格特点。宣酒自然老熟贮存工艺及机理以及分级并入不锈钢大罐的储存原因。
Xuanjiu has its own unique cellar fermentation technology, and its small cellar wine has its own unique style. This paper mainly introduces the natural aging technology and mechanismof the old wine and the reasons for the storage.
