摘要
采用硬模板法制备聚苯胺/2-甲基咪唑锌盐(ZIF-8)双壳层中空微球吸附剂,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对其进行表征,并将其应用于刚果红染料的吸附,研究了吸附时间和刚果红染料初始浓度对聚苯胺/ZIF-8双壳层中空微球吸附剂刚果红染料吸附性能的影响。结果表明,聚苯胺/ZIF-8双壳层中空微球具有目标结构,聚苯胺/ZIF-8双壳层中空微球吸附剂对刚果红染料的最大吸附量高达2 349. 51 mg/g,且其对刚果红的吸附等温线遵循Langmuir方程,刚果红吸附动力学满足准二级动力方程。
Hollow double-shell polyaniline/2-Methyl Imidazole Zinc Salt( ZIF-8) microsphere adsorbent was prepared by hard template method. The adsorbent was characterized by scanning electron microscope( SEM),X-ray diffraction( XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR). It was applied to the adsorption of congo red dye. Effects of adsorption time and initial congo red concentration on congo red adsorption performance were studied. The results show that hollow doubleshell polyaniline/ZIF-8 microsphere has a target structure. The maximum adsorption capacity of hollow double-shell polyaniline/ZIF-8 microsphere adsorbent on congo red dye is 2 349. 5 mg/g. The adsorption isotherm of congo red follows Langmuir equation,and adsorption kinetic studies show that the adsorption accords with quasi second order kinetic model.
