负载型纳米TiO_2光催化降解甲基橙 被引量:3

Photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange on supported nanocrystalline TiO_2

摘要 本文利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO_2纳米粉体,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了TiO_2粉体的形貌及结构,TiO_2以锐钛矿型为主,粉体粒径大约为2 nm左右。采用粘结剂固定化法在玻璃板表面负载了TiO_2粉体,以甲基橙为研究对象,紫外灯为光源,研究了负载型TiO_2光催化剂的光催化降解行为。在实验范围内,适宜的光催化降解条件为:甲基橙初始浓度为5mg/L、催化剂用量为0.8 g、催化剂负载次数为4次,此时降解率达到88%。 In this paper, nanaocrystalline TiO2 powders were prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. TiO2 is proved to be anatase and the average size of TiO2 particles is about 2 nm. Moreover, TiO2 powders were immobilized on a glass-plate using adhesive and supported TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange in water was studied in photoreactor with UV lamp as light source. The optimal parameters for photocatalysis are as follows:, the initial concentration of methyl orange is 5 rag/L, catalyst dosage is 0.8 g and catalyst loading times are 4 times. The degradation rate of 88% is obtained.
