摘要
建立了简单、灵敏、可靠的气相色谱测定塑料制品中全氟辛酸的方法。塑料样品破碎后经甲醇提取,用对甲苯磺酸作为衍生化试剂、二环己基碳二亚胺作为除水剂,将提取的全氟辛酸转化成全氟辛酸甲酯,用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器测定,外标法定量。方法线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0. 999 5;在1. 0、10. 0及100. 0 mg/L添加浓度水平下,全氟辛酸回收率为96. 4%~105. 0%,相对标准偏差小于3%,检出限和定量限分别为0. 01、0. 05 mg/kg。结果表明,本方法重现性好、准确性高,可用于塑料制品中全氟辛酸含量的检测。
A simple, sensitive and reliable analytical method of gas chromatographic method for measuring perfluorooctanoic acid( PFOA) was established. The plastic sample was crushed and extracted by methanol,and then using the p-toluenesulfonic acid as derivatizing reagent and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide as dehydrating agent,the extracted perfluorooctanoic acid was converted to perfluorooctanoic acid methyl ester,which was measured by gas chromatography with an electron capture detector using external standard method.The linear relationship of this method was good with the linear correlation coefficient,which was 0. 999 5. At the adding concentration levels of 1,10 and 100 mg/L,the recovery rate of PFOA was from 96. 4% to 105. 0%,the relative standard deviation was less than 3%,and the detection limit and limit of quantification were 0. 01 mg/kg and 0. 05 mg/kg,respectively. These results indicate this method with good reproducibility and high accuracy could be used in the measurement of perfluorooctanoic acid content in plastic products.
