摘要
采用气相色谱建立了不粘锅涂层中全氟辛酸及其盐(PFOA)残留量的测定方法。样品用乙腈在175℃、10.3MPa下用快速溶剂萃取仪萃取20min;通过对衍生化试剂、用量、反应时间的优化,选用1:20的乙酰氯一无水甲醇衍生化试剂。用HP。1毛细管柱(25m×0.20mmi.d.,0.33μm)分离,气相色谱/电子捕获检测器测定。PFOA的定量下限为5μg/kg。4个添加水平的平均回收率在96%~105%,相对标准偏差为1.81%~4.91%。
A method was developed for the determination of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and its salts in the coating layer of nonstick pan by gas chromatography. Samples were extracted using accelerated solvent extractor at 175 ℃ and 10. 3 MPa. The parameters of derivatization such as reagent, amount and time of reaction were optimized. The derivatization reagent used was a mixture of acetyl chloride and methanol(1 : 20) and the column was of HP-1 capillary column(25m×0.20mmi.d.,0.33μm). The detection limit of PFOA was 5 μg/kg by GC - ECD. The recoveries with four spiked levels were 96% - 105% and the RSD were 1.81% -4.91% , respectively.
