摘要
对进口化学防护面料的剖析,将有利于精准构建面料结构及其化学防护能力之间的构效关系,可为我国化学防护技术装备的研制提供思路。基于此,剖析了一款高等级化学防护服面料的结构组成,经手工剥离该面料可分为外复合层、中间纤维毡层及内复合层,其中内外复合层的结构及组成一致。采用扫描电镜、红外光谱及X射线衍射对剥离后的各层高分子材料进行表征与分析,结果表明外复合层由7层薄膜组成,从外至内分别为聚乙烯层、胶黏剂层、聚酰胺层、胶黏剂层、聚酰胺层、胶黏剂层、聚乙烯层,中间毡层由涤纶纤维组成,其结晶度为51%。整体防护面料共15层结构,结合该面料防护等级高、防护谱系宽的特点,表明多层复合结构是其拥有优异防护性能的关键。
Analyzing chemical protective fabric would benefit to establish its structure-activity relationship between structure and chemical protection ability. It could provide new thoughts to the development of chemical protective equipment in China. Based on this, an advanced high-class chemical protective fabric were analyzed. The fabric could be manually separated to outer composite layer,mid-fiber layer,and inner composite layer,in which the outer composite layer has the same structure and constitution with the inner composite layer. Furthermore,the separated layer was characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope( SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the outer composite layer contains 7 layers,which are polyethylene,adhesive,polyamide,adhesive,polyamide,adhesive,and polyethylene,respectively. In addition,the mid-layer is composed by polyester fiber with 5% of crystallinity. The whole chemical protective fabric has 15 layers. Combining the characteristics of high protection grade and wide protection spectrum of the fabric, multilayer composite structure is the key point for the fabric holding the excellent chemical protective ability.
