摘要
目的探究子宫内膜异位症患者应用改良锐性剥离术式和腔镜下常规钝性剔除对患者血清FSH、LH、E2的影响。方法本次实验对象全部选自2016年1月—2018年5月在本院进行治疗的72例子宫内膜异位症患者,按照入院先后顺序分成两组,即实验组(n=36)和对照组(n=36),对照组开展腔镜下常规钝性剔除,实验组开展改良锐性剥离术式,分析比较两种术式治疗成效。结果实验组在治疗后的巢皮质剥除厚度、剥除率、剥除病灶厚度、卵巢体积以及患侧卵巢AFC上,全部优于对照组,且对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。且两组患者在E2、LH、FSH水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者应用改良锐性剥离术式和腔镜下常规钝性剔除术后对患者的性激素水平影响较小,但是能够明显改善患者的卵巢体积、患侧卵巢AFC以及病灶剥除情况。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified sharp peeling and routine blunt rejection on serum FSH,LH and E2 in patients with endometriosis.Methods All the subjects in this study were enrolled in 72 patients with endometriosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018.They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,the experimental group (n =36) and the control group (n =36).The control group underwent routine blunt culling under the laparoscopic technique,and the experimental group underwent modified sharp stripping procedure,and the effectiveness of the two surgical treatments were compared.Results In the experimental group,the thickness of the cortex peeling,the stripping rate,the thickness of the strip,the ovarian volume and the AFC of the affected side were all better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in E2,LH,and FSH levels between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion Patients with endometriosis who have modified acute exfoliation and endoscopic blunt rejection have little effect on the patient's sex hormone levels,but can significantly improve the patient's ovarian volume,affected ovarian AFC and lesions.
