摘要
建筑业的发展带来能源需求的剧增,作为具有国民经济支柱性地位的建筑业,它的能源利用效率对社会发展关系重大。文中以灰色关联分析理论为基点,分别从人口、经济、技术和产业结构角度分析其对建筑业能源效率的影响,针对影响密切的人均劳动生产率、工程总承包和企业规模问题,给出适时的建议,以期能对建筑业的健康发展有所增益。
The paper presented an analysis in accordance with the theory of grey relevance analysis of the effects of population, economy, technology and industrial structure upon the energy efficiency of the construction industry, a pillar industry of national economy, which is of great significance for social development because its development will result in dramatic rise of energy consumption, and proper solutions to the problems like labor productivity per capita, general contracting and company size, etc., which may help with the development of the whole industry.
