摘要
以衡量低碳经济发展水平的指标体系为出发点,运用解释结构模型对各指标进行分析,选取影响相对直接的指标并确定相应权重,采用灰色关联分析法对河北省低碳水平进行评价,从而为低碳经济的发展提供决策参考。
In this paper,the indicator system,the means to measure the level of low-carbon economic development,is analyzed hierarchically based on interpretive structural modeling（ISM）.Then select the relatively direct indicators and determine their appropriate weight,and apply gray relational analysis method to evaluate the low-carbon level in Hebei Province,so as to provide reference for decision-making in developing low-carbon economy.
