摘要
本文从杠杆千分尺检定的几种超差形式中选取具有代表性的示值误差超差进行分析,从工作经验出发,结合杠杆千分尺的结构及工作原理,提出在示值误差超差情况下修理方法的要点,使杠杆千分尺的修理工作具有可操作性,从而提高检定-修理质量。
In this paper, the representative overtolerance of indication error is selected from several overtolerance forms of lever micrometer verification and analyzed. Based on working experience , combined with the structure and working principle of lever micrometer , the main points of repair methods under the condition of overtolerance of indication error are put forward , so that the repair of lever micrometer can be operable , and the quality of verification -repair can be improved.
