摘要
现场校准配热电偶用温度二次仪表是温度计量最常见的工作之一。现场校准时,一般采用断开热电偶任意一个输入端的方法,用温度校验仪等标准器,输入被检点标称电量值的方法来对温度二次仪表的示值误差进行校准。但笔者发现现场校准时只断开热电偶任意一个输入端的方法,有时会遇到信号干扰,造成示值误差偏大或示值波动较大导致无法校准的现象。
Temperature secondary instrument for thermocouple for field calibration is one of the most common work of temperature measurement. On field calibration,the method of disconnecting any input of thermocouple,using temperature calibrator and other standard devices,and inputting the nominal electric quantity of the checked point,is generally used to calibrate the indication error of the secondary temperature instrument. However,the author finds that the method of disconnecting only one input of thermocouple in site calibration sometimes encounters signal interference,which results in large indication error or large fluctuation of indication value,leading to the phenomenon that calibration is not possible.
