摘要
Frechet分布是一种重要的寿命分布,对于混合删失样本下,考虑Frechet分布参数的极大似然估计,并运用牛顿迭代法求出模型中参数的极大似然估计值,随机模拟显示所提出的估计方法表现良好。
Frechet distribution is an important life distribution. For hybrid censored samples, the maximum likelihood estimation of Frechet distribution is considered, and the maximum likelihood estimator in the model is obtained by Newton iteration method. Random simulation shows that the proposed estimation method performs well.
