摘要
民办高校在我国高等教育中扮演着重要角色,其注重实践能力培养的功能尤为突出,而实现这一功能的主要场所是实验室,实验室安全是保障这一功能顺利实现的首要条件。文章从实验室的安全制度建设、知识学习以及存在的安全隐患如:安全意识差、安全培训不足,"硬件""软件"投入建设比重差别大等几方面进行论述,再分析解决对策:从加强人员安全意识、责任落实,加强实验室安全管理和加强实验室安全文化建设3个方面分析总结实验室安全建设的对策。只有实验室安全、人员安全,教学效果才会有无限可能。
Civilian-run colleges and universities play an important role in higher education of our country,the function of which emphasizes the cultivation of practical ability is especially prominent,and the main place to realize this function is the laboratory.Laboratory safety is the first condition to ensure the smooth realization of this function.This paper discusses the construction of laboratory safety system,knowledge learning,and the existing hidden dangers such as poor safety awareness,insufficient safety training,large differences in the proportion of investment in"hardware"and“software”,and so on.The countermeasures are analyzed from three aspects:strengthening personnel safety consciousness,carrying out responsibility,strengthening laboratory safety management and strengthening laboratory safety culture construction.The countermeasures of laboratory safety construction.Only laboratory safety,personnel safety,teaching results will be infinitely possible.
